Hi, I’m Tessa, the founder behind the Labelleame brand, the artist behind the brush at Labelleame Aesthetics and the mentor for aspiring artists through Labelleame Education.
For over 16 years, I’ve worked within the beauty industry across TV, Film, Runway, Editorial and of course Bridal!
My career began in fast-paced, high pressure environments where precision, creativity and performance mattered. And while I loved every part of that world, something was always missing… Connection.
why i’ve chosen to focus on bridal makeup and hair
Bridal Makeup and Hair wasn’t something I fell into by accident, it was something I was drawn to.
There’s something incredibly special about being part of a wedding morning. It’s not just about hair and makeup… it’s about energy, emotion and creating a space where someone feels calm, confident and completely themselves.
I’ve always said “I love L-O-V-E!”
… And that’s exactly what pulled me deeper into the bridal industry.
Because this isn’t just a service. This isn’t just a weekend side hustle. This is my life. This is a moment. A memory. A feeling that stays with someone long after the day is over.
what i love most about weddings

The deep breath before walking down the aisle.
The laughter between the bridal party.
The final mirror check when everything comes together.
That shift… when a bride looks at herself and you can see it. She feels like HER… just elevated.
That’s what I chase every single time.

Winning the 2026 Wedding Industry Awards Australia for #1 Bridal Makeup Artist and Hairstylist across the Mid North Coast & Northern Rivers is something I’m still taking in.
To be recognised in an industry that I care so deeply about and within a region that feels like home is incredibly humbling.
This award isn’t just about the work I do… It reflects every early morning start, every long drive, every carefully curated timeline and every bride who has trusted me to be part of her day.
And that, that is something I don’t take lightly.
what this means to me
I feel honoured. Truly.

It’s a reminder that what I’ve built through consistency, care and genuine love for what I do, matters.
